Healing is deeply personal, and sometimes the best way to understand and express your emotions is through creativity. In our 1:1  art therapy counselling sessions, you’ll be gently guided through your unique healing journey. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or teen, or an individual navigating life’s challenges, this space is here for you.

Together, we will explore how art can become a powerful tool for self-expression, emotional release, and growth. No matter the challenge, expression through art therapy provides a safe space for you to explore your emotions, gain new perspectives, and build the tools you need to move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and peace. Through creativity, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a deeper understanding of yourself and find greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of strength.

Building Confidence Through Creativity

Age Group: 7–12 years (can be adjusted based on your target group) Duration: 6 weeks, 60 to 90 minutes per session.

A 6-week program with a focus on self-esteem, self-awareness, building confidence working with anxiety, and supporting strategies for children. This program can be can be 1:1 in person or a small group. Over six weeks, we will embark on a creative and empowering journey designed to nurture your child’s self-esteem, self-awareness, and confidence.

Through fun, hands-on activities and guided art projects. We will explore their unique strengths while discovering strategies to manage anxiety and build resilience. This program provides a nurturing and safe environment where your child can connect, explore their emotions, and express themselves freely. Through creative activities, they will build confidence, develop self-awareness, and discover their unique potential. Together, we will celebrate growth, honour individuality, and learn tools to face challenges with courage and resilience.

Building Teen Confidence Through Creativity

A 6-week program with a focus on boosting confidence, self-esteem, and self-awareness for teens aged 13-16. This can be 1:1 in person or a small group.

Over six weeks, teens aged 13-16 will embark on a creative and empowering journey designed to nurture their self-esteem, self-awareness, and confidence. This program combines hands-on art projects with interactive activities to help teens explore their unique strengths, express their emotions, and gain valuable insights into who they are. 

Through a mix of creative expression and guided discussions, participants will learn practical strategies for managing anxiety, building resilience, and navigating life’s ups and downs with confidence. In this supportive space, teens will learn to strengthen relationships, celebrate their individuality, and develop tools for moving through challenges with courage and self-belief—creating a lasting foundation for personal growth and self-expression.

“Let’s be Creative” 3—Hour Workshop

Explore where the creative journey will take you in this 3-hour workshop, tailored for all ages.

Whether you prefer a one-on-one experience or the connection of a small group (maximum of 4 people), this session is all about letting go of expectations and enjoying the process. You don’t need to be “good” at art to express yourself—there’s no right or wrong when it comes to creativity.

Through hands-on activities and guided exploration, you’ll have the freedom to play, experiment, and express your emotions in a safe and welcoming space.

This workshop is about having fun, discovering new possibilities, and embracing the joy of creativity.
